Shipping & Returns

U.S.P.S.

Shipping:

  • Free shipping anywhere in the USA on any purchase $75.00 and above. Any package close to a pound will cost $5 per pound to ship in the USA. Doubles then decreases about .50 cents per pound.

  • All shipments are sent via US Postal Service. It will cost starting at $5 shipping anywhere U.S, Int'l rates may vary. Unless stated otherwise on shop. Every customer will receive a tracking number via email they used with their purchase.

  • Currently NOT taking International orders. This is only temporary and we appreciate your understanding. (rev. 07/2025)

 

  1. Generally, it may take 3-10 business days before the package is received once it is shipped in the USA. Everything except diy material itself is hand-made so custom order processing times may vary depending if item is out of stock. In these cases, I will notify you via email. During the holiday season, I will do my best to accommodate and work with everyone's needs.

  2. I ship orders Monday through Friday from Austin, TX. using USPS First Class Mail. You can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional charge.

  3. All orders will have a tracking number that I will email once the order has shipped.

  4. International orders – are sent via First Class International. Shipping times vary depending on location and time of year. On Average, packages should arrive in 2-4 weeks. (Currently, not shipping international until further notice. (rev. 01/2025)

 

PLEASE NOTE: Be advised that there could be additional delays outside of our control due to customs or other international requirements. All international orders may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or any other international fees. Once your order has shipped, I will provide you with tracking information.

Please indicate if the jewelry arrived to your expectations or if there was fallacy on our part. If there is an issue, I will honor the request to fix the problem or return only if you contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the and opening the package. We will arrange the return. Otherwise, the shop is unable to issue a refund after the packaged is sent.
